The Sunday Slow Down – Enjoy my monthly Online Yin Yoga practice with guided meditation the first Sunday of each month with The Sunday Slow Down. Enjoy this peaceful, restorative Sunday session to unwind before the week starts. For 75 minutes, you’ll flow through a yin yoga practice, sink into a guided meditation, and a deeply soothing savasana – all designed to leave you feeling calm, restored, and uplifted. Soulful Saturdays – Slow Living Session. This gentle, soulful self-care workshop offers nourishment for your nervous system and space to breathe amidst the push and pull of life. Come for a session of deep rest and reconnection with yourself. Gentle Yoga Flow to Yin Yoga, Sacred Self-Massage, Guided Meditation leading into a sumptuous Savasana for release and renewal.
