This is not a perfectly curated wellness space. It’s yoga and wellbeing for real life.
If you feel like you’ve lost yourself a little, you’re navigating change and transition, or you’ve spent so long looking after others or focusing on work that you’re not quite sure what you need anymore but you know something needs to change, you’re in the right place. And you know you want to feel better in your body and mind but a 6.00am workout and a green juice is not for you.
You do not need to have your life together here, you just need to turn up, exactly as you are.
Even if that means joining me from your bedroom floor while the washing dries beside you.

WHAT THIS SPACE REALLY IS
This membership lives in my very normal lounge. The sofas are scratched because my cat thinks the scratching post he has isn’t sufficient. My dog occasionally joins me whilst I’m teaching and has a bark at the pigeons. Once my cat brought a mouse into the room whilst I was teaching live and it was a case of “rest in childs pose” as I ran around chasing the cat chasing the mouse and the dog chasing whatever moved.
So if you’re looking for perfect wellness, this probably isn’t for you.
But if you want somewhere warm, honest and supportive where you can breathe, move, wobble, laugh and feel more like yourself again, you’re very welcome here.
This space is about wellbeing that fits into actual life. The messy, emotional, beautiful, exhausting kind.
Some women join me live. Some practice in bed at 10.00pm. Some repeat the same 15 minute class for 3 weeks because it’s all they can manage.
But in all honesty, I’m just glad you showed up and did something nice for yourself.

LIVE CLASSES
Practice with me live or on your own time. Live classes happen twice weekly:
→ Mondays 9.15am to 10.00am – your weekly reset
→ Thursdays 12.00pm to 12.30pm – lunchtime nervous system break
And once a month we have Sunday Slow Down, a 75 minute yin yoga and meditation session lovingly described by members as “my monthly reset from all the bloody doing”.
Can’t make it live? Everything is recorded and added to the library.

WHY I CREATED THIS
I created this membership because I needed this kind of support too. There was a time when I didn’t quite recognise myself anymore.
My body was changing, me energy was all over the place and I felt disconnected from myself in a way I couldn’t explain, and I just wanted to feel like me again.
And moving my body became my way back.
No intense workouts, no punishing exercise routines. Just gentle movement that helped me reconnect with myself little by little.
I’m navigating fatigue, perimenopause and a painful shoulder, so I needed something that actually supported me in real life, not something that added pressure.
Some days yoga makes me feel grounded, calm and strong. Some days it simply helps me breathe a little deeper. And some days I struggle to roll out my mat.
But I’ve never, ever regretted showing up for myself.
I’m not your typical yoga teacher
I’m not all toned to perfection with matching lycra. I’m a 52 year old woman navigating changing hormones, changing energy levels and all the ups and downs that life throws our way.
Because yoga isn’t the fancy poses, it helps you to manage when life gets tricky, when things don’t go to plan, when you’re in a stressful situation but most of all, it helps you to reconnect back to you.
So if you’ve lost touch with who you are beneath all the doing, the coping and the pushing through (“I’ll relax at the weekend when I have time” you know that one), I hope that this space can support you too.
I’m a yoga teacher, not an athlete, and my practice and teaching reflects that and I’m serious about what I offer, but I don’t take myself too seriously.
