Deeply restorative and relaxing treatments spa inspired treatments without the actual spa.

Because I’m not a fancy spa and that’s kind of the point. My treatments take place in my home. Sometimes my dog is sleeping nearby, living his best relaxed life and joining in on the odd deep exhale with you. Sometimes my cat makes an appearance through the cat flap like he owns the place (he pretty much does).

There’s usually a a great playlist tuned into your mood and you’ll feel like you’ve melted into the treatment couch and don’t want to leave. What I offer is space for you to feel held, safe and calm, a place for you to properly switch off.

I no longer offer ‘just a massage’  because my idea of wellbeing is more than just transactional treatments. My signature treatments combine calming and restorative touch, skincare, massage rituals and grounding practices to help you soften and reconnect.

These treatments are when life feels too much, your shoulders are permanently tense and you don’t know whether to laugh or cry (fyi, I always have tissues).

They blend calming touch, skin rituals, massage, breathwork and nervous system support to help you switch off.
