If you feel like you need a little more support from me with a one to one session because you’re at a point where things feel a bit off, or you feel a little lost and you’re not sure who you are anymore. I can help because I know how this feels, that’s why I created these sessions.

You’re getting through your days, doing what needs doing, a bit on auto-pilot, but underneath it all you feel a bit disconnected from yourself and you know that you want to feel different, better, more like you again.

Return to You is a series of one-to-one wellbeing sessions designed to help you remember who you are underneath everything else.

No pressure to fix everything, no expectation to show up in a certain way. Just space to slow down, breathe properly again, and be looked after for a change.

These sessions blend yoga, massage, facial elements, breathwork and simple self-care rituals.

It’s practical, grounded wellbeing, with a lot of care in it

You can book a single session or move through a short series over time. Each session is 2 hours and completely shaped around you, how you feel, what your body needs, and what feels supportive that day.

We move slowly, we don’t rush and nothing is forced.

This is about support that actually fits into real life, not something you have to “keep up with” afterwards.

SESSION ONE – COMING BACK TO YOU

2 hours – £170.00

This is where everything starts. A grounding, steady session to help you pause and reconnect. We take time to understand how you’re feeling, what’s been going on, and what you need more of.

Includes:

  • Grounding conversation and intention setting exploring what’s brought you here
  • Personalised one-to-one yoga
  • Guided Meditation and relaxation
  • Access to Claire’s Wellbeing Club for one month

This is often the first time in a long time someone has properly stopped

There is nothing to do here, just receive

SESSION TWO – LEARNING TO RECEIVE

2 hours – £170.00

This is the “you don’t have to hold it all together here” session. You’re invited to fully receive care without needing to give anything back.

Slow facial work, massage, and calming touch help your body unwind and your mind switch off for a while.

Includes:

  • A deeply restorative facial and massage treatment
  • Nervous system calming techniques
  • Grounding rest practices
  • Access to Claire’s Wellbeing Club for one month

Women leave this one looking a bit like they’ve had a really good rest

A remembering of who you already are

SESSION THREE – FEELING LIKE YOU AGAIN

2 hours – £170.00

This session is about reconnecting with yourself in a very real, gentle way. Not a makeover or a big transformation. Just a return to feeling comfortable in your own skin again.

We focus on skincare, natural makeup and simple ways of helping you feel more like you when you look in the mirror.

Includes:

  • A personalised facial
  • Natural makeup application
  • Gentle confidence-building support

SESSION 4 – YOUR EVERYDAY RITUALS

This is where it all becomes usable in real life. We take everything you’ve experienced and turn it into simple, realistic self-care rituals you can actually keep doing, even on busy weeks.

Includes:

  • Guided skincare ritual
  • Self-massage techniques
  • Easy wearable makeup guidance
  • Personalised self-care plan
  • Access to Claire’s Wellbeing Club for one month

This is where you take everything we’ve worked on together and you create your own daily rituals of self care

Or repeat sessions over time if you want ongoing support. Most women begin with one session and decide from there.

Sessions are taken every 2 to 3 weeks, allowing space for everything to settle and integrate.

A guided self-care ritual, with continued support afterwards

75 Minute – One Person £90.00 / 2.5 hour – Two person shared ritual £240.00

A gentle guided wellbeing session for women who’ve forgotten how to slow down and look after themselves.

Together we blend calming yoga, mindful skincare and simple self-care rituals that help you feel more grounded, nourished and supported in everyday life.

No complicated routines, just small supportive practices that make a big difference.
