A shorter style version of my Slow Living Session for those that struggle to prioritise themselves – especially great for those going through a life change. This is a deeply nourishing self care session where I’ll help to create a self care ritual that can be interwoven into daily life. Taking a few minutes a day to make big changes to life. Helping to drop into the present to help feel calm and connected once more.
