HOW I TEACH
My classes are a blend of gentle strength vinyasa and flowing hatha to uplift, calm, reinvigorate and bring balance back to you. Heart led classes that are soulful and uplifting, where I encourage you to move in your own way and using yoga as a tool to help you live a more connected life.
Yoga as energy alchemy, moving with what’s present, not against it
My yoga teaching is intuitive, responsive and energetically led. Rather than following a fixed sequence or “this will be a back bend practice”, I listen, I tune into the collective energy in the room and the wider rhythms we’re moving through to shape each practice.

Sometimes life feels busy or heavy and the world feels fast, noisy and demanding and other days it feels emotional or we feel we want rest and to go inward. My classes respond to that. I use yoga and breath and to help bring energy balance back into the body, soften the nervous system and release what’s being held.
Practices shaped by energy, rhythm and real life
I also weave the natural rhythms of the moon into my teaching, using the new and full moons as gentle points of reflection. Offering space to set intentions, let go and reconnect and always in a grounded, accessible and nourishing way.
Each class is an invitation to meet yourself honestly, move with awareness and leave feeling clearer, steadier and more connected.
