You’re in the right place. Each of my wellbeing offerings have been thoughtfully created from beginner to self care to seasoned yogi who understands her need for more than just yoga. This isn’t just something nice to do (because it is!), this is meaningful one to one work with me.

Work with me one to one or book a group session with loved ones and learn about slow living, soulful nourishment and pure self care with my wellbeing and yoga sessions in Cornwall and Devon or online.

I also offer corporate wellness sessions, in-person or online. My on-demand yoga and wellbeing library is available to your business to support your employees wellbeing. For a monthly subscription, access over 150 yoga classes, talks on wellness including menopause and nutrition, with a competitive price point. 1-2-1 YOGA SESSION

1 hour session – £50.00 / 3 sessions £120.00 – Online or In Person

A bespoke yoga class created with your needs in mind. If you want to build strength, create more flexibility and mobility, book your tailored session with me. To help support, encourage and motivate you as part of your time with me, you will also receive one months membership to the Breathe Library in Claire’s Wellbeing Club, so you can continue to practice with me online, with live weekly yoga classes, an on-demand library of classes and wellbeing chats with industry experts for you to dive into, in your own time, on your own terms.

A retreat-style experience that is a heart-led and beautifully curated, personalised to you and your group. Step away from the ordinary and immerse yourself into the magic of a luxury wellbeing escape brought directly to your event or celebration, wherever you are, whether you’re in a countryside cottage, boutique Airbnb, coastal escape or even your own home, I bring the retreat experience to you, complete with mats, props, tea, music, and soul-deep care. Each retreat is completely bespoke, crafted with care to suit your group’s energy and desires. You’ll receive a beautifully balanced blend of movement, stillness, connection and deep rest.

Group Yoga Session
A soulful vinyasa/hatha flow to energise and align or a deeply relaxing yin yoga class to melt into the moment (all levels are welcome and classes are intuitively adapted for your group)

Guided Meditation

Guided Self Massage or Skincare Ritual
Nurture your own body with a gentle guided self massage or a nourishing skincare ritual – learn simple, blissful techniques to soothe your body and release tension, guided with gentle presence and care (products provided)

Herbal Tea & Mindful Moments
Gather for herbal teas and quiet contemplation, reflect or simply soak up the stillness. Each guest is invited to write a personal love note to the bride as a keepsake. (Teas and notecards are provided)

Groups of up to 4 is approximately £185.00 for a 90 minute session. Groups of 4 or more is approximately £250.00 for a 2 hour session. Please contact me for a bespoke quote and choose your timings and choices.

Why not include sumptuous Sound Healing to your event as I bring my soul sister Tess from Sisu Sound Serenity along with me to elevate your celebration as you sink into the sounds of  sublime group sound immersion, where you will experience the soothing sounds and vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments as they are played around you while you rest. SELF CARE RITUAL

Yoga Practice & Skincare Ritual

1 hour – £50.00 – Online or In-Person (can also be booked for small private groups – contact me for a quote)

This is a deeply nourishing self care session where I’ll help you to create a self care ritual that can be interwoven into your daily life. Take a few minutes a day to make big changes to your life. Helping you to drop into the present to help you feel calm and connected once more. I’ll guide you through and help you create your own Mindful Skincare Ritual along with a personalised Yoga Practice, something that works for you and your lifestyle. You’ll understand your skin type and how to care for it with products and recommendations for you to use as part of your daily self care. You’ll then enjoy a one-to-one yoga session with me, designed just for you, focussing on your wants and needs from your yoga practise.
