My massage and facial treatments are created as spaces of deep rest, balance, and restoration. They are not about forcing release but are about holding a steady, supportive container in which the body and nervous system can naturally settle, rebalance, and soften.

I work intuitively, listening closely to what your body and energy are communicating on the day and use my skilled, intentional touch and a calm, grounded presence. Pressure, pace, and focus are continually adjusted so that your system feels safe, supported, and unrushed.

Treatments take place within my home, in a comfortable and cosy space where you can relax and recharge. Please be aware that my dog Elk and cat Obsidian share our home and may welcome you upon arrival, they are very friendly and well behaved. If you have pet allergies my wellbeing space may not be appropriate to your needs, so do bear this in mind when booking.
