
YOGA CLASSES
Join me for yoga in Tintagel, Boscastle and online where I offer a classes that are suitable for beginners, returners and for those with an established yoga practice, plus my seasonal wellbeing sessions that tune into The Wheel of Year!
My classes are a blend of gentle strength vinyasa and flowing hatha to uplift, calm, reinvigorate and bring balance back to you. Heart led classes that tune into universal energies and the feeling of yoga, rather than an anatomical focus and how yoga should look. Encouraging you to move in your own way and using yoga as a tool to help you live a more connected life. Bringing together your mind, body and soul, using physical movement, breathwork, mindfulness and relaxation, helping you create space in your mind and body through yoga.

I truly believe that yoga is for everyone and rest assured you will be given a very warm welcome at my class whatever your level of experience in yoga is. I’ll bring my humour and down to earth nature, if you bring an open mind and heart.

GENTLE YOGA – 12.00pm to 12.30pm (£5.00 per class or FREE for members of Claire’s Wellbeing Club)
WINTER WELLBEING – Rest and Relax Ritual – 7.30pm to 8.30pm (£9.00 per session)
FRIDAYS – Tintagel Social Hall
SATURDAYS – Online
YOGA FLOW – 9.30am to 10.15am (£7.00 per class or FREE for members of Claire’s Wellbeing Club)
If you miss an in-person class from your block booking, you’ll receive a recording of a similar class to catch up when you can, so you never miss a class!
CLASSES AND SESSIONS
- YOGA FLOW – Some experience of yoga
This class is for those who have some experience of yoga, using flowing sequences with a slightly more dynamic approach to the practise. Gentle strength vinyasa style of class with flowing hatha – energising and uplifting bringing a little heat to the body as we move in and out of the flowing sequences. Each class has a theme that interweaves and connects throughout the class. This class will help you build strength, stamina and flexibility through the physical practice, and bringing you a feeling of calm and peacefulness – transforming your wellbeing.
- GENTLE YOGA – Beginners, returners and improvers
Your mid week reset. If you’re looking for a gentle flow, are a beginner, returner to yoga or just really enjoy a more gentle class, this one is for you. Enjoy the connection of movement and breathe as we move through a gentle, nourishing flow to help connect you back to you.
- WELLBEING SESSIONS – Winter Wellbeing – Rest and Relax Ritual – 5th February to 19th March 2025
This cosy, at home, deeply nourishing self care session takes you through the Winter up to the Spring Equinox. We begin just after Imbolc, where we welcome in the beginnings of spring as we head into February. Enjoy this beautiful self care practice that enables you to take some much needed time for you. You can be on the floor with your yoga mat and blanket or on your bed – whatever you feel comfortable with.

If you’ve lost the art of self care (or haven’t discovered it yet!) have pushed your needs down the long list of life, maybe due to family commitments or work, come along and enjoy some peaceful, calming time with me. Maybe you long for some “me time” with some peace and space to breathe, or you’ve had a change of life and circumstances and you’ve realised that you now have the time and space to begin to look after yourself again. Turn the focus inward and come along to my nurturing wellbeing sessions.
If you are an overthinker, feel anxious or overwhelmed, these sessions will help to ground and rebalance you. Feel connected and ready to step back into the world once more.
Join me for this beautiful self care practise that enable you to take some much needed time for you. Have a blanket and pillow and wear super comfy clothes (pyjamas are wholeheartedly encouraged!) to prepare you to rest before you float off to bed!
THE SUNDAY SLOW DOWN
Yin Yoga Class with meditation – ONLINE

If you need to feel rested and want to switch off from the world for a while before the week begins again, join me from the comfort of your own home, online for The Sunday Slow Down.
Slow down for 75 blissful minutes with a yin yoga practise, guided meditation leading into a sumptuous savasana – pure relaxation, leaving you feeling rested, calm and uplifted.
