Join me for my weekly yoga classes in Camelford, Tintagel and online that are suitable for beginners, returners and for those with an established yoga practice. I also offer One-to-One Yoga Tuition along with my Self Care Ritual Session. My monthly events include The Sunday Slow Down online and Wellbeing Retreats in Tintagel with Sisu Sound Serenity

My classes are a blend of gentle strength vinyasa and flowing hatha to uplift, calm, reinvigorate and bring balance back to you. Heart led classes that are soulful and uplifting, where I encourage you to move in your own way and using yoga as a tool to help you live a more connected life. Bringing together your mind, body and soul, using physical movement, breathwork, mindfulness and relaxation, helping you create space in your mind and body through yoga.

I truly believe that yoga is for everyone and rest assured you will be given a very warm welcome at my class whatever your level of experience in yoga is. I’ll bring my humour and down to earth nature, if you bring an open mind and heart.

WHICH CLASS IS FOR YOU?

  • YOGA FLOW / SUNRISE YOGA – Some experience of yoga

This class is for those who have some experience of yoga, using flowing sequences with a slightly more dynamic approach to the practise. Gentle strength vinyasa style of class with flowing hatha – energising and uplifting bringing a little heat to the body as we move in and out of the flowing sequences. Each class has a theme that interweaves and connects throughout the class. This class will help you build strength, stamina and flexibility through the physical practice, and bringing you a feeling of calm and peacefulness – transforming your wellbeing.

  • GENTLE YOGA – Beginners, returners and improvers

If you’re looking for a gentle flow, are a beginner, returner or improver to yoga, or just really enjoy a more gentle class, this one is for you. Enjoy the connection of movement and breathe as we move through a gentle, nourishing flow to help connect you back to you. Hatha Yoga based class with options of poses and where you move in a way that feels good for you.

  • EVENING WIND DOWN / STRETCH CLASS – all abilities welcome

This class is for those who are looking for a slower paced/gentle stretch class, perfect if you’re looking to wind down in the evening or post workout. Gentle flow with a little yin yoga interwoven where you work with deeply stretching the connective tissues of your body (fascia) aiding with flexibility and helping with relaxation and mindfulness.


1-2-1 YOGA & WELLBEING SESSION

Self Care Ritual – Yoga Practise & Skincare Ritual – 1 hour – **INTRODUCTORY OFFER £30.00** (normally £40.00) – Online or In-Person

This is a deeply nourishing self care session where I’ll help you to create a self care ritual that can be interwoven into your daily life. A few minutes a day to make big changes to your life. Helping you to be fully present in the moment, just breathing in, fully, in that moment to help you feel calm and connected once more. I’ll guide you through and help you create your own Mindful Skincare Ritual along with a personalised Yoga Practise, something that works for you and your lifestyle. You’ll understand your skin type and how to care for it with products and recommendations for you to use as part of your daily self care. You’ll then enjoy a one-to-one yoga class with me, designed just for you, focussing on your wants and needs from your yoga practise.

Breathwork and Relaxation Techniques to help calm the mind and relax the body

1-2-1 Tailored Yoga Practise

If you’ve lost the art of self care (or haven’t discovered it yet!) have pushed your needs down the long list of life, maybe due to family commitments or work, come along and enjoy some peaceful, calming time with me. Maybe you long for some “me time” with some peace and space to breathe, or you’ve had a change of life and circumstances and you’ve realised that you now have the time and space to begin to look after yourself again. Turn the focus inward and book in for my nurturing wellbeing session.

If you are an overthinker, feel anxious or overwhelmed, these sessions will help to ground and rebalance you. Feel connected and ready to step back into the world once more. Join me for this beautiful self care practise that enable you to take some much needed time for you.

WELLBEING RETREATS

Our wellbeing retreats are where you can really unwind, rest and pause, and be truly present with yourself. Join Tess (Sisu Sound Serenity) and I at Tintagel Social Hall each month for our seasonally themed retreats.

Join us for 3 blissful hours of luxurious self-care, with yin yoga and a guided meditation. Tess’ famous homemade energy balls to savour and herbal teas, time to chat or time for quiet contemplation along time to journal if you feel the need to get things out or maybe have a read of our books to dive into something new – or you can simply rest and relax (maybe have a little nap!).

Mini 1-2-1 massage and sound healing with Himalayan Singing Bowls, tuning forks, hand gong or drums before you make yourself a cosy nest to end with a sublime group soundbath, during which you will experience the soothing sounds and vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments as they are played around you while you rest.

If you’re looking to bring more balance, mentally, physically and spiritually to your wellbeing, this morning retreat is for you. Allowing you to take time out of your busy life, to truly focus on you. You’ll feel uplifted, calm and rested yet invigorated and centred and leave with a feeling of peace and contentment.

My Moments of Calm have been carefully curated for you to interweave into your day, to help you find balance, focus and space in your mind and body. These videos introduce you to simple and effective ways to support your wellbeing. Use these videos to create your own daily ritual, no matter how short on time you are – you will find ways to use these techniques to build your own way of being truly present with yourself.

If you’re looking to feel calm and rested, you’ll find that here, along with ways to energise and focus. Start and end your day with your own blended ritual to find your moment of calm amongst the daily push and pull of life.
