I’m a fully qualified Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals and I wholeheartedly understand the benefits of yoga and how it can help with all aspects of life. My classes are a blend of flowing hatha yoga and gentle strength vinyasa, to uplift, calm, reinvigorate and balance. Bringing together your mind, body and soul, using physical movement, breathwork, mindfulness and relaxation.

I’ll bring my humour and down to earth nature, if you bring an open mind and heart – I’ll meet you where you’re at. My main aim to help you create space in your mind and body through yoga.

YOGA FLOW (Some experience of yoga)

This class is for those who have some experience of yoga, using flowing sequences with a slightly more dynamic approach to the practise. These classes are a little more energising and may bring a little heat to the body as we move in and out of the flowing sequences. Each class has a theme that interweaves and connects throughout the class. This class will help you build strength, stamina and flexibility through the physical practice, and bringing you a feeling of calm and peacefulness – transforming your wellbeing.

GENTLE FLOW TO YIN (Beginners and beyond)

Perfect for beginners and beyond, gentle and uplifting – A slower paced yoga class if you are beginning your yoga journey, are a returner to yoga or if you want to improve your own practice. A beautifully balanced practice, pairing movement with breath, with a purposeful meditative pace enabling you to truly understand and feel each posture, helping build confidence, knowledge, strength and flexibility.

This gentle class is infused with yin yoga into the second half of the class, a floor based practise using passive stretching, feeling into the fascia of the body. Perfect for those looking to increase flexibility and range of movement. If you feel tightness in your muscles, run, surf or swim, yin yoga can help you. If you struggle to wind down, switch off or just find time for you – these classes help to calm the mind and body, helping with anxiety, stress and aiding you to slow down and balance the nervous system. This is a calming, slow moving practise that helps with sleep and relaxation

If you’re looking for a more relaxing class, where you can de-stress and unwind with slow flowing movement and tuning into your body.

A beautiful morning where you can really unwind, rest and pause, and be truly present with yourself. Join Tess (Sisu Sound Serenity) and I at Tintagel Social Hall for our magical morning wellbeing retreat.

Join us for a blissful morning of 3 hours of luxurious self-care, with a gentle yoga flow with some yin and restorative yoga in the second half of our flow, along with a guided meditation and super savasana. There will be sweet treats to savour and herbal teas, time to chat or time for quiet contemplation along with building a mini vision board, or discovering some affirmations to support you and there’s always time to journal if you feel the need to get things out or maybe have a read of our books to dive into something new.

Mini 1-2-1 massage and sound healing with Himalayan Singing Bowls, tuning forks, hand gong or drums before you make yourself a cosy nest to end with a sublime group soundbath, during which you will experience the soothing sounds and vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments as they are played around you while you rest.

If you’re looking to bring more balance, mentally, physically and spiritually to your wellbeing, this morning retreat is for you. Allowing you to take time out of your busy life, to truly focus on you. You’ll feel uplifted, calm and rested yet invigorated and centred and leave with a feeling of peace and contentment.
