Join me for yoga in Tintagel, where my weekly classes help to bring more balance, mentally, physically and spiritually to your wellbeing. I offer morning and evening classes that are suitable for beginners and for those with an established yoga practice.
I’m a fully qualified Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals and I wholeheartedly understand the benefits of yoga and how it can help with all aspects of life. My classes are a blend of flowing hatha yoga and gentle strength vinyasa, to uplift, calm, reinvigorate and balance. Bringing together your mind, body and soul, using physical movement, breathwork, mindfulness and relaxation.

I truly believe that yoga is for everyone and rest assured you will be given a very warm welcome at my class whatever your level of experience in yoga is.
I’ll bring my humour and down to earth nature, if you bring an open mind and heart – I’ll meet you where you’re at. My main aim to help you create space in your mind and body through yoga.

In-person yoga classes in Tintagel take place on Thursday evenings and Friday mornings. Classes are booked in blocks and pre-booking is advised. For walk-ins the price is £10.00 per class if availability allows. Plus if you miss an in-person class from your block booking, you can join me online or receive a recording to catch up when you can, so you never miss a class!
My Online classes also run weekly as part of Claire’s Well-Being Club, just £22.00 per month, so much more than yoga!
I also offer my Foundations of Yoga, a 5 week online and in-person course for beginners, private 1-2-1 tuition, private group classes and my Total Body Experience where I blend yoga and massage into a blissful 2 hour session.

GENTLE YOGA (Beginners and beyond)

A gentle, slower paced yoga class if you are beginning your yoga journey, are a returner to yoga or if you want to improve your own practise, and is a perfect follow on class if you have completed my Foundations of Yoga course. A beautifully balanced practise, pairing movement with breath, with a purposeful meditative pace enabling you to truly understand and feel each posture, helping build confidence, knowledge, strength and flexibility. If you’re looking for a more relaxing class, where you can de-stress and unwind with slow flowing movement and tuning into your body.

YOGA FLOW (Some experience of yoga)

This class is for those who have some experience of yoga, using flowing sequences with a slightly more dynamic approach to the practise. These classes are a little more energising and may bring a little heat to the body as we move in and out of the flowing sequences. Each class has a theme that interweaves and connects throughout the class. This class will help you build strength, stamina and flexibility through the physical practice, and bringing you a feeling of calm and peacefulness – transforming your wellbeing.

FOUNDATIONS OF YOGA
This is the perfect introduction if you are new (or returning) to yoga or just yoga-curious. I have carefully curated this course specifically for beginners and returners, through 5 beautiful practices I teach the fundamentals of a balanced yoga practise with postures (asanas), breathwork, meditation and relaxation. This course will take you through the Classic Sun Salutation and core yoga postures where you will find your foundations, build strength and flexibility, and experience the calming and balancing aspects of yoga. I am passionate about teaching yoga to those who have not experienced it before and believe it is accessible to everyone. (Walk-ins are not available for this class as it is a course of 5 classes).

WELL-BEING MINI RETREAT

Snuggle down for two hours of self-care, with slow flowing yoga interweaving relaxing yin yoga, be guided by me on an evening skincare routine with facial massage techniques (Neal’s Yard Remedies Organic Skincare products will be provided for you to use at my in person workshop) and relax and enjoy deep rest with some yoga nidra (yoga nidra is replaced with a sound bath at my in-person mini retreat). You’ll feel uplifted and calm and you’ll be ready for bed and able to gently float off to sleep afterwards, with a feeling of peace and contentment.

The Yoga & Massage Package

This package is perfect if you are looking for a full body experience. Can be booked on separate days, but to fully experience the magic of yoga and massage, I’ll take you through a one hour yoga practise focussing on what you need, followed by a one hour full body massage to ease aching muscles and to really work on your areas of concern. A glorious 2 hours for you to concentrate on you, bringing balance, clarity, inner peace and pure relaxation.
