YOGA CLASSES & EVENTS

Yoga classes in Tintagel, Cornwall and online to feel more like you again. Some days you feel strong and energised and ready to take on the world, and other days you’re overwhelmed, tired and hiding under the duvet.

However you’re feeling you will find a warm welcome in my classes. Gentle support for you and no perfectly polished studio vibe in sight.

You do not need to be flexible and you do not need fancy leggings . Come exactly as you are. Gentle support for busy minds and tired bodies

HOW I TEACH

My classes are a blend of flowing hatha, gentle strength vinyasa, breathwork and nervous system support. 

I teach intuitively and responsively, which means no class is ever exactly the same. I tune into the energy in the room, what’s going on in the world and what people need that day.

Some classes are flowing and uplifting and some are slower and softer. We’ll wobble, laugh and forget what side we’re on and that’s just me.

TINTAGEL YOGA FLOW

Fridays 9.30am – 10.30am – Tintagel Social Hall, Bossiney Road, Tintagel, Cornwall

This weekly class is for you if you simply want to move, breathe and feel better in your body and mind. Expect flowing movement, strength, mobility, grounding breathwork and moments of calm woven throughout the class.

A little yoga experience is helpful, but you’re very welcome.

Your at home practice

LIVE ONLINE CLASSES

Practice from home with me. If leaving the house feels like too much sometimes, I get it. My online membership gives you access to live classes, on-demand yoga, meditation, breathwork and wellbeing support you can dip into whenever you need it.

Some women practice with me live and some tune in on demand. Some in their comfies, some in full yoga gear. However you turn up, you’re very welcome here.

Mondays – Yoga Flow – 9.15am to 10.00am

A GENTLE INTRODUCTION TO YOGA

ONLINE 6 Week Course –  Tuesday 14th July to Tuesday 18th August – 10.00am to 10.45am class with 15 minute Q&A afterwards (replay available if you can’t join me live)

Before you say it, you don’t need to be flexible!

This is a 6-week online course designed to gently introduce you to yoga in a way that feels supportive, simple and completely un-intimidating. No pressure, no performance and no fancy leggings required (unless you want to of course)


Just a warm space to begin where you are

Are completely new to yoga

Have tried before and felt unsure or out of place

Work in high-energy, physically demanding jobs

Are feeling tired, overwhelmed or a bit disconnected from yourself

A basic understanding of yoga without confusion or overwhelm

A simple practice you can return to anytime

More confidence moving your body in a way that feels good

On-demand yoga and wellbeing practices you can return to whenever you need them.

Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, recovering from fatigue, trying to sleep better or simply looking for yoga that fits around real life, you’ll find supportive bundles designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Think of it as yoga for the season you’re in, with 12 months access, for you to practice your favourite class over and over again. With no pressure to turn up at a certain time, just press play and begin.

UNDER THE FULL MOON EVENTS

Yin Yoga & Sound Immersion – Tintagel Social Hall, Bossiney Road, Tintagel, Cornwall

In collaboration with Tess from Sisu Sound Serenity. These sessions are for when life is busy and you need some time to rest and recalibrate, you’ll leave feeling more like yourself again.

We begin with deeply calming yin yoga before you settle down under blankets while Tess surrounds the room with the sounds of her crystal bowls, gongs and sound healing instruments.

People usually leave looking like they’ve had the best nap of their lives.

Inviting stillness for rest and release

THE SUNDAY SOUL SPACE

Sunday 28th June – 9.30am to 1.30pm – £59.00

In collaboration with Tess Sisu Sound Serenity at her private garden studio in Trethevy, near Tintagel.

This is not one of those intimidating retreats where everyone arrives looking effortlessly serene and slightly superior “oh have you attended a retreat before?” Who cares! We don’t.

There’s always warmth, honesty and no pressure to be anything other than your lovely self.

A small, relaxed, deeply supportive space for women who need to press pause on their daily life. You don’t need to do anything here, just arrive.



Together Tess and I create gentle half day retreats with:

Yin yoga

Meditation

Journaling

Embodied movement

Herbal teas & nourishing snacks

Sound immersion

Time to simply rest

We offer 4 spaces for these retreats, to keep it cosy and informal. And you don’t have to share why you’re attending, you can make it your own silent retreat if you like and just lay on your mat the whole time. If that’s what you need, take it.

THE SUNDAY SLOW DOWN (ONLINE)

Online Monthly Yin Yoga Class with Meditation – 10.30am – 11.45am

Included in membership to Claire’s Wellbeing Club. Members call it “my monthly reset from all the doing” – which sums it up brilliantly.

Join me online on the first Sunday of each month to stretch, soften, breathe and properly slow down before the week begins again. As always, pyjamas optional but very much welcomed. Switch off your camera and join me for this gorgeous monthly session.
