YOGA

Soulful, joyful classes to uplift, calm and invigorate

Join me for my weekly yoga classes in Boscastle and Tintagel and online to help your mind, body and soul feel more balanced, grounded and centred as we restore, reinvigorate, relax and rest. My classes are a blend of flowing hatha and gentle strength vinyasa for those with an established yoga practice, yin yoga for all, and gentle classes if you are starting your yoga journey, I also offer seasonal wellbeing sessions that tune into the Wheel of Year. My Morning Wellbeing Retreats run monthly in Tintagel and The Sunday Slow Down is 75 minute online offering with a yin class and guided meditation on the first Sunday of each month. I also offer Yoga & Wellbeing packages for corporate wellness, events and functions throughout Devon and Cornwall.
