Once you have confirmed your intention to utilise my services, the information you provide is necessary for me to administer your booking and is kept for internal record keeping, email correspondence, telephone contact and for issuing of booking confirmations and invoices. I may from time to time contact you with offers and new services in the form of a newsletter by email.
A consultation form for my facial and massage services will be completed in person prior to your first treatment. Date of birth, medical information, lifestyle, occupation, information is required for me to perform treatments safely. This information is kept secure and not shared with any other party and is only used in conjunction with your treatment.

Professional photography used on my website and social media platforms, permission has been obtained from the photographer and their privacy policy can be read via their website.
For social media, I obtain verbal permission as I am taking the photograph and inform you that the photograph maybe be used on social media to promote my services and business.
